Bread Pudding

(This recipe has been adapted from


8-10 slices of bread without crusts.

1/2 cup raisins

3 cups almond milk (use vanilla soy milk or coconut milk)

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup sugar

6 tsp EnerG egg replacer (or corn starch), mixed with 8 tbsp water.


Whisk together the cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and egg replacer mixture and milk.

Tear bread into cubes and place in a baking dish.

Pour milk mixture over bread, ensuring that bread is covered.

Pour raisins onto soaked bread.

Bake until top is golden brown.

Serve with preserves or jam.
