Ephesians 3: 17-21
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
Knowing the love of Christ passeth all the knowledge a person can ever attain to in this world. Have you thought about the great minds of the world- men and women with PHDs in physics and mathematics; people whose knowledge in science is so great that they are able to make tremendous medical advancements. I cannot hold a candle to them in terms of intelligence.
But the Bible tells us, that though these people are extremely intelligent and have all knowledge, the humblest and simplest human beings have the ability to comprehend something that surpasses all the knowledge that these intelligent men and women have.
Knowing the love of Christ passeth all knowledge.
This causes me to stand in awe.
The highest knowledge is not to be found in the world, but it comes when we know what Christ has done for humanity.
